Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design and engineering teams on product improvements
• Coordinate with logistics for dispatching finished goods
• Manage raw material procurement and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory acts
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily reports
• Ensure product quality meets internal and customer specifications
• Train and supervise shop floor workers and supervisors
