Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software
• Prepare presentations and proposals for institutional clients
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Manage relationships with existing customers post-purchase
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
